Rodelyne Bazelais Louis

CEO & Founder

Rodelyne Louis is a dedicated Christian leader and healthcare professional with over 20 years of experience serving individuals, families, and communities. As the Founder and CEO of Mel & Neph Multi-Services LLC, she is committed to providing compassionate, client-centered support services that promote dignity, independence, and quality of life.

She is currently completing her Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Administration and plans to continue graduate studies in Healthcare and Public Health Leadership in September 2026. Her background includes healthcare operations, client support, community outreach, leadership, and program coordination.

Rodelyne is also the Founder and Leader of The Youth of Jesus Christ Ministry. She is an ordained Christian Counselor, has completed training in Christian Counseling and Christian Finance, and is a licensed Wedding Officiant. Her faith, compassion, and commitment to service guide her work both professionally and personally.
